When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. CherryRevolutionary reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product availability.

Payment must be successfully received and processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, color, personalization, and shipping address.

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Purchases, returns, store credits, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

If we need to change, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with your order.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Prices and promotions offered on CherryRevolutionary.com may differ from those offered through Etsy, TikTok Shop, or other third-party marketplaces where CherryRevolutionary products may be sold.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll help determine the appropriate next steps.
